A few weeks before the 21RUN webshop launches in France, I sat down with one of the team members who has been working on this project for over six months: Camille Cholbi. After 13 years of customer service at Under Armour, Camille felt up for a new challenge. Back in January 2022, she found this challenge, here, at All4Sports by joining the France content marketing department. Together with a team of ambitious and motivated people she has been working tirelessly on the French webshop. “I was ready for a new challenge and being a triathlete myself, I loved the idea of working for an organisations which solely focusses on running” says Camille.

POSSIBILITIES AND DIFFICULTIES 

Even though the webshop is not completely finished yet, Camille feels optimistic about the chances and possibilities for 21RUN on the French market. “There are still lots of things to do” she says.  “However, I can’t wait for the webshop to go live. France is a very big country with a diverse running profile. In big cities like Paris you have a lot of city runners but most of the runners in France are probably trail-runners. Both groups require different expertise and products and this is something 21RUN can provide”. Camille continues expressing her believes that the French market offers great possibilities for 21RUN, but also sees the challenges that lay ahead. “French people find it difficult to try something new. I really hope we can show them what 21RUN has to offer as quickly as possible.

PERFECT START
Camille aims on having an excellent start for the webshop. She hopes the French people immediately see the benefits of the online expertise 21RUN  has to offer. However, she also realises that in order to make this happen, everything needs to be running perfectly before the shop goes live. “We cannot launch the webshop when it’s only working for 90% of the times. When entering a new website which is not working properly or is not user-friendly, people will go back to the website they were previously using” she explains.

GOALS AND AMBITIONS
When asking Camille about her current goals and ambitions she doesn’t have to think long. “Making sure the webshop goes live of course” Camille says. But she also has some other great and ambitious dreams in mind. “I would love to see some physical 21RUN stores one day. Imagine having one in the centre of Paris. That would we amazing”.

“I WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOME PHYSICAL 21RUN STORES ONE DAY. IMAGINE HAVING ONE IN THE CENTRE OF PARIS. THAT WOULD BE AMAZING.”
